Our vacation region of St. Englmar and our hotel with bike rental Bavaria is perfect for cycling, because here you will find the right route for every fitness level. Selected cycle tours of 25 to 50 km are available for day trips. Mountain bikers will also get their money's worth: the trails in the largest interconnected mountain bike network (300 km) in the Bavarian Forest lead almost exclusively along field, forest and meadow paths. You have access to the supra-regional cycle path network, the Danube Cycle Path, the Danube-Rain Cycle Path and the Regental Cycle Path. Bike rental is provided by specialist sports stores in the area. Just ask us!

Downhill with the bullcart
in the Bavarian Forest
This is real family fun at the Maibrunn summer lift - our bullcarts: you get on your three-wheeled bullcart at the valley station and are pulled up with the drag lift. Then it's downhill over hill and dale and with plenty of speed on the mown track into the valley. What a pleasure!
From tree to tree in the climbing forest
Are you ready for adventure? Brace yourself and swing from tree to tree - and land back on solid ground after a breathtaking flight down a zip wire. The climbing forest in St. Englmar offers you 8 fun courses and a special toddler course with a total length of approx. 1.3 km and 65 different elements. The climbing height varies from one to over eleven meters depending on the course. Heart palpitations are included free of charge!
